We're here to make paying for your orthodontic treatment as simple and convenient as possible.

After all your questions and concerns have been addressed at the initial exam, Laurie, our Treatment Coordinator, will go over the cost of treatment. If you’re ready to discuss finances, she can also explain the different payment plans available and help you decide on a plan that works best for you and your family.

What About Insurance?

We accept most insurance plans. Kelly, our Financial Coordinator, is happy to research whether your insurance covers a portion of your treatment, and if so, how much. To save you time, she’ll also help with insurance paperwork.

Our practice accepts most major credit cards, and our team is here to answer any questions you have about different payment plans. When you join our practice as a patient, you can also choose to sign up for the secure online service, which allows you to:

• Print out flex spending reimbursement and tax receipts
• Check your payment history and see current charges
