We look forward to meeting you on your first visit to our office! This appointment will give you the opportunity to get acquainted with our office and learn about your orthodontic needs. For some of you, this might be a brand new experience, while others have had family or friends in braces.

The initial appointment will take approximately one hour and includes complimentary digital photographs, x-rays, and a

thorough examination and discussion of potential treatment options. During this initial examination for each patient we will report on the following:

If an orthodontic problem exists
Whether treatment is needed now or should be delayed until appropriate growth or tooth eruption
What treatment procedures will be used to correct the problem
How long treatment will take
How much treatment will cost and possible financial arrangements

Please help us be prepared for your first appointment by printing our patient forms, filling them out, and bringing them with you to our office.

After Dr. Kulits completes your exam, we will have time to get all of your questions answered thoroughly so that you can make a well-informed decision. If treatment is indicated, we will complete your visit by taking impressions of your teeth and scheduling the necessary appointments to get you started.
