Dr. Paul Kulits completed his undergraduate studies in 1983, earning his Bachelor of Arts degree at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland. He returned to his home state and received his   DMD in 1987 at the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Kulits completed a one-year general practice residency at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia. He then completed a three-year orthodontic residency at Albert Einstein, receiving his certificate in 1992.

Dr. Kulits has practiced orthodontics in Everett and Arlington since autumn of 1992. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. Dr. Kulits is a member of many dental and orthodontic associations, including the Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists, American Association of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, Snohomish County Dental Society, Washington State Dental Association, and Washington State Society of Orthodontists.
